Appeal from the judgments of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Criminal Division, CA Nos. 543 and 544 of 1979. Before George P. Kiester, Judge. The Superior Court, Nos. 583 and 599 Pittsburgh 1982.

The judgments of sentence are vacated and these matters are remanded for resentencing. Jurisdiction is relinquished.
