Indictment charging defendant with statutory rape, rape, and corrupting the morals of a minor child. Before WEISS, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeal, No. 222, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Oyer and Terminer and Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, June T., 1965, No. 550. Argued June 14, 1967.
