Indictments charging defendant with solicitations to commit sodomy, corrupting the morals of minors and related offenses. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 772 to 775, inclusive, Oct. T., 1973, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1972, Nos. 1691 to 1694, inclusive. Argued June 13, 1973.
