Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft of movable property, aggravated assault and battery and conspiracy. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary, robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed Appeal, No. 1663, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct, T., 1974, No. 3592.

Record remanded to the lower court for an evidentiary hearing on appellant's claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. See Commonwealth v. Twiggs, 460 Pa. 105, 331 A.2d 440 (1975).
