Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. Before SHIOMOS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of receiving stolen property and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1207, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1976, No. 1118. Submitted June 22, 1976.
