On January 11, 2006, this court indefinitely suspended the respondent and ordered him to file an affidavit of compliance within thirty days of the order. Respondent failed to file the affidavit, and on September 21, 2006, the court found him in contempt. On July 17, 2008, respondent filed a motion to vacate contempt and leave to file the affidavit.
