The Court has before it the October 24, 2008 agreed motion to dismiss appeal filed by Columbia Medical Center of McKinney Subsidiary, L.P. d/b/a North Texas Medical Center. Appellant asserts that the parties have settled the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
