ORDER

Giving due regard to the representations contained in petitioners' motion for summary judgment, filed June 1, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at the trial session scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2022, at the Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington St., Room 406, 4th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to serve on the parties (1) a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order for the June 6, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session and (2) a clinic letter for Phoenix, Arizona.

In the event that the motion is not dispositive, the Court expects the parties to be prepared for trial during the June 6, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session.
