ADAN COLOW, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

MARK V. HOLMES JUDGE

This case is on the May 20, 2024 trial calendar for St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Colow did not show up to calendar call, but the IRS lawyer said he'd been in contact with some holding Mr. Colow's power of attorney. We set the case for recall, rather than grant respondent's oral motion to dismiss the case for lack of prosecution.

That got the parties negotiating and they reported a settlement. There will need to be some time for computations, so it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is denied. It is also

ORDERED that this case is continued, and that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before July 5, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe their progress.
