Before the Court is appellants' agreed motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellants inform the Court that their recent settlement of a related case obviates the need to continue their appeal in this matter. Appellants wish to dismiss their appeal against appellees Madeley & Company, Inc., and Donna Gates. All parties agree to the dismissal and agree that each party shall bear their own costs related to this appeal. Accordingly, we grant appellants' motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
