In Re: Damon L. Collins, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 674754. BEFORE: WELCH, CHUTZ, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's March 27, 2019 judgment which granted the Motion to Compel Additional Medical Examination and Stay of Surgery filed by defendants, Charles D. Williams and Axis Surplus Insurance Company, is reversed. Defendants failed to meet their burden of proving good cause for such examination. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1464 . The Motion to Compel Additional Medical Examination and Stay of Surgery filed by the defendants is denied.
