Opinion

CASE NO.: 2D16–4132

11-15-2016

Titusis F. COLLINS, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

It appears that the appellant seeks to appeal the judgment and sentence rendered by the trial court on January 19, 2016. The appeal is therefore dismissed as untimely. This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to timely file in this court a petition for belated appeal, observing all the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).

KELLY, LaROSE, and KHOUZAM, JJ., Concur.
