WRIT DENIED. According to the Office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish, relator's motion for summary judgment, filed on September 16, 2014, was denied by the district court after a hearing held on December 15, 2014. The district court signed a judgment denying the motion on January 15, 2015. Accordingly, relator's writ application is denied as moot.
