This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 19, 2022, San Diego, California trial session. On August 3, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. On August 25, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties and the Commissioner informed the Court that he had no objection to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed August 3, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 19, 2022, San Diego, California trial session, and is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases issued May 13, 2022, remains in effect. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
