ROBERT JOSEPH COLLINS JR. & DONNA FELECIA COLLINS, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

This is one of two duplicate cases. The other case, docket number 25694-21S, was previously closed on grounds of duplication. On June 6, 2022, the Court received a package (postmarked on June 4, 2022) containing 62 pages of documents along with a "request to upload & update into this tax court case." A review of the record in this case shows that all but seven pages already appear within the docket of this case. Of those seven pages, two are copies of documents that generally are not placed on the Court's record: a statement of taxpayer identification number and a copy of the check for the filing fee. The remaining five pages we will place on the record as a letter. To give effect to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk shall file the five previously unfiled pages as petitioners' letter.
