PARTIRAL STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AND JUDGMENT ENTRY


We, the attorneys for the respective parties, do hereby stipulate that the above-captioned case has been settled and dismissed with prejudice, as to all claims against the defendants Universal Underwriters and Mark Peters only. All claims against defendant Tom Davis remain pending and are not dismissed as a result of this entry. The Court may enter an Order accordingly, notice by the Clerk being hereby waived.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
