MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated November 14, 2003, the Court directed appellant to pay the $125 filing fee and file a docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed the docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
