Public Utilities Commission — Motor transportation companies — Public utility service rendered and operator a common carrier.

ERROR to the Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. C.C. Crabbe, attorney general, and Mr. John W. Bricker, for defendant in error.


This cause is similar in all essential elements of fact to the case of Craig v. Public Utilities Commission (No. 19954, decided by this court on the 28th day of December, 1926), ante, 512, 154 N.E. 795, and on the authority of that case the order in the instant case is hereby affirmed.

Order affirmed.
