On September 21, 2021, Chad Silver filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioner in this case. In his motion Mr. Silver states that petitioner consents and that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Silver's motion to withdraw is granted and Mr. Silver is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner in this case.
