Colanda Corporation Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California, trial session. ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angles, California trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) on or before November 16, 2021, informing the Court of the then present status of the case.
