On March 28, 2012, after the death of Mr. Cohen, the trial court admitted the April 13, 2011, Joint Will of Mr. and Mrs. Cohen, which previously was revoked. Therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed as moot.
