Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 22, 1945
269 A.D. 951 (N.Y. App. Div. 1945)

Opinion

October 22, 1945.

In an action to recover commissions earned as a salesman, order dated April 24, 1945, granting in part defendants' motion for a bill of particulars, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Appeal from so much of an order dated May 29, 1945, as denies appellants' motion for reargument dismissed, without costs, as not appealable. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
