This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 8, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance (Doc. 17). By Order served November 8, 2023, among other things, the partes' Motion was granted, and this case was stricken from the December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session.

On July 10, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 23). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 12, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
