Order granting petitioner's motion fixing his lien on the fee of the attorney of record for plaintiffs in a negligence action unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion denied, without prejudice to an action based on the alleged equitable lien. (See Fried v. Cahn, 239 App. Div. 213.)
