This case is on the calendar of the Court's November 13, 2023, trial session for Houston, Texas.

On July 17, 2023, the Court received returned mail of the Court's Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order, each issued on June 27, 2023, to petitioner's address of record in this case. That Notice and Standing Pretrial Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward". "Not at this address" is handwritten on the envelope. The Court attempted to call petitioner, but the number was not in service.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 3, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this Order and provide to the Court therein the best contact information available, including the address(es), for petitioner.
