Petition by trustee to assess fine for contempt of court and damages for failure to carry out real estate purchase contract. Denied and respondent dismissed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry M. Fisher, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1927.
