Cobb v. Cobb

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jul 30, 2001
789 So. 2d 1241 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

Case No. 1D00-4457.

Opinion filed July 30, 2001.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Clay County. Honorable William A. Wilkes, Judge.

John Paul Howard, Jacksonville, for Appellant.

Donald E. Brown, Zisser, Robison, Brown, Nowlis Maciejewski, P. A., Jacksonville, for Appellee.

We reverse the trial court's award of attorney's fees and remand for the trial court to make findings supporting the amount of fees, consistent with this court's opinion in Hamlin v. Hamlin, 722 So.2d 851, 852 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998). We affirm all other issues because the trial court did not abuse its discretion.

Affirmed in part and Reversed and remanded in part.

MINER and DAVIS, JJ., concur.
