Petitioner's emergency motion to expedite review of petition for writ of prohibition is granted.

Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.

Counsel for petitioner are ordered to show cause within ten (10) days from the date of this order why sanctions should not be imposed upon petitioner and counsel under § 57.105, Fla. Stat., and Fla. R.App. P. 9.410.
