On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the July 26, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should now be reviewed by this Court.

I dissent from the denial order for the reasons stated in Touma v McLaren Port Huron, 508 Mich. ___; 965 N.W.2d 550 (2021). 1
