ORDER

On January 8, 2024, docket entry 14, the parties filed a Joint Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and are waiting for petitioner's counsel to review the computations. Once the computations are reviewed, and the decision document is received by respondent and properly executed by both parties, respondent will promptly file the decision with the Court. The parties respectfully request sixty (60) days to submit the executed decision document.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 26, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Status Report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
