CESAR ALEJANDRO CLEMENTE-PEREZ, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Cesar Alejandro Clemente-Perez appeals from a purported order of the district court denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on October 9, 2017, in district court case number PC8533. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Kimberly A. Wanker, Judge.

This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. The record before this court reflects that no decision, oral or written, had been made on the petition when Clemente-Perez filed his appeal on January 6, 2020. Because Clemente-Perez failed to designate an appealable order, we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, and we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
