ORDER
Appellant filed an emergency motion to vacate and stay the trial court's order appointing a receiver after appellant posted a supersedeas bond. We are construing appellant's motion as a motion for review under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 24.4(a)(4). See Tex. R. App. P. 24.4(a)(4) (allowing appellate review on motion of appellant of trial court's ruling on determination of whether to permit suspension of enforcement of judgment). In so doing, we grant appellant's motion in part by staying enforcement of the trial court's order appointing a receiver and deny in part the motion by declining to vacate the judgment of the trial court.
We further order the trial court to make findings of fact regarding the amount of supersedeas bond required for appellant to stay the judgment and prevent appointment of a receiver. The trial court is ordered to file those findings of fact on or before January 26, 2021 with the clerk of this court. The trial court's order appointing a receiver is stayed until this court receives the findings of fact and issues a further order.
