DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 5, 2021, August 12, 2021, August 18, 2021, respectively, and an order of the same court dated September 2, 2021. Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders to show cause and the order, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of temporary restraining orders contained in the orders to show cause dated August 5, 2021, and August 12, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and, in effect, for summary reversal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
