DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Claim No. 126418.)

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 17, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, to the extent that the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived. Pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a), the appeal may be perfected upon an original and five copies of a reproduced full record and an original and five copies of the appellant's brief, or one copy of the complete record on appeal and an original and five copies of the appellant's brief and appendix.
