ORDER OF TRANSFER

Sandra N. Clarke, an inmate at the Federal Prison Camp in Dublin, California, filed this pro se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, claiming that her family will be wrongfully evicted from their home in Hawaii due to her conviction. The acts and omissions on which the complaint is based apparently occurred in Hawaii and the defendants reside in Hawaii, which is within the venue of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. Venue therefore properly lies in that district and not in this one. See 28 U.S.C. § 1391 (b). Accordingly, in the interest of justice and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406 (a), this action is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. The Clerk shall transfer this matter.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
