Clarke v. Miller

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Feb 1, 1915
167 App. Div. 895 (N.Y. App. Div. 1915)

Opinion

February, 1915.

Present — Clarke, Laughlin, Scott, Dowling and Hotchkiss, JJ.

The action appears to have been brought in the county of Kings and the appeal is from an order made in that county, and should have been taken to the Appellate Division in the Second Department. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.

Appeal dismissed, without costs.
