Pursuant to the parties' Stipulation by and between Plaintiffs and Defendant First National Bank Holding Company, IT IS ORDERED that all claims between Plaintiffs and Defendant First National Bank Holding Company are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE on the merits and without costs to either party.
