ORDER
We GRANT the parties' January 28, 2016 joint motion to abate, SUSPEND the briefing deadlines, and ABATE the appeal to allow the parties an opportunity to settle their dispute. The appeal shall be reinstated March 29, 2016 or upon motion by the parties to reinstate and dismiss or reinstate and reset the briefing deadlines, whichever occurs sooner.
