STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF ACTION WITH PREJUDICE [Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)]
The undersigned parties, being all the parties who have appeared in this action, STIPULATE through counsel pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a) that the action on behalf of Plaintiff Joseph Clark against all Defendants is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. It is further STIPULATED that Plaintiff Joseph Clark and Defendants shall each pay his (or its) own costs and attorney's fees.
IT IS SO STIPULATED:
