An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 14, 2016, and respondent-appellant having moved to cure a defect in form of the notice of appeal pursuant to CPLR § 5520 (c),

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Danielle K. Blackaby, Esq., filed October 11, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal, filed May 17, 2016, shall be treated as valid as to the Order of Fact-Finding and Disposition entered April 14, 2016.
