[CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

The opinion in the above matter, filed December 7, 2011, is modified in the following respect:

Change the last paragraph on page 7, under the heading DISPOSITION to read: "The order granting the petition for guardianship is reversed, and the matter is remanded to the trial court with directions to conduct a new evidentiary hearing consistent with this opinion. Appellant mother shall recover her costs on appeal. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.278(a)(1).)"

This modification changes the judgment.
