Petitioner-respondent is to file said brief on or before filing deadline of Jan. 4, 2019, reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before Jan. 11, 2019. appeal will be calendared for Feb. 2019 term.
It is Ordered that the motion of the respondents-appellants seeking a stay in the underlying HP proceeding, pending appeal, is denied in its entirety.
