In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, order denying plaintiff's motion for a preference affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Tompkins and Johnston, JJ., concur; Scudder and Davis, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse and grant the motion.
