ORDER

The motions for immediate consideration are GRANTED. The motion for stay is GRANTED and proceedings are STAYED pending further order of this Court.

The application is HELD LN ABEYANCE pending receipt of further pleadings. The answer to the application shall be due 21 days from the Clerk's certification of this order. The reply, if any, shall be due within 7 days of the filing of the answer.

The motion to seal is GRANTED. This Court finds good cause to seal the documents listed in plaintiffs Exhibit 2 to the motion to seal based on the proprietary nature of the information, and determines there are no less restrictive means to adequately and effectively protect the interest asserted. MCR 7.211(C)(9)(e).

The Clerk shall disclose or provide copies of any order or opinion entered in this appeal. MCR 8.119(1X5); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c), but sealed pleadings or other contents of the file shall not be disclosed or made available for public viewing.

The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Clerk of the Supreme Court and to the State Court Administrative Office. MCR 8.119(I)(7); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c).

The Court retains jurisdiction.
