IN RE: NORMAN SPEER APPLYING FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI, REVIEW, MANDAMUS AND PROHIBITION.


Writ denied. Applicant has an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the ordinance in question is unconstitutionally vague and will not support a conviction, and that the writ should be granted.
