The prosecution in this case is under an ordinance passed by the city of Shreveport. With this exception, the issues are identical with those in the State of Louisiana v. Frank Copola (No. 26820) 102 So. 82, ante, p. 98, this day decided.

For the reasons there assigned, the verdict and the sentence appealed from are annulled and set aside, and the case remanded to be proceeded with according to law.
