Appeal and Error — Dismissal — Moot Questions.

The syllabus in the case of Loomer v. Scott, 43 Okla. 212, 141 P. 1107, is adopted as the syllabus in this case.

Appeal from District Court, Creek County; Thomas S. Harris, Judge.

Application for injunctive relief, by Oscar Carnes against the City of Sapulpa et al. From a judgment granting an order, City of Sapulpa appeals. Dismissed.

Under the rule announced in Loomer v. Scott, 43 Okla. 212, 141 P. 1107, when the question on appeal has become moot, the case should be dismissed, and it is so ordered.
