Appellant filed an unopposed motion to abate this appeal to permit the parties to conclude a tentative settlement agreement. By order dated May 8, 2018, this court granted appellant's motion and abated this appeal. On June 11, 2018, appellant filed its unopposed motion to reinstate and dismiss the appeal. After review, we grant the motion, thereby reinstating the appeal and dismissing it. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Based on the parties' agreement, we order all costs to be borne by the party that incurred them. See id. R. 42.1(d) (absent agreement of parties, costs are taxed against appellant).
