ORDER ON APPLICATION
Separate applications by the respondents JP Morgan Chase Bank and JP Morgan Chase Bank D.D., N.A., and the respondent L & M Development, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 16, 2013, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
