Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the evidence, to the effect that when the defendant was asked to show his scales, he pushed the scales which were examined to the inspector, was prima facie proof of the use thereof. Jenks, P.J., Hirschberg, Thomas, Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred.
